Process Improvement

Kathleen helps work groups improve or redesign their processes quickly using an Accelerated Improvement (AI) [PDF 368KB] process. This fast-track approach from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Office of Quality Improvement requires some prework by a group of 2-3 people and two meetings of a larger group charged with improving or redesigning the process.
